Content Spooling and Hit Tail - Long Keyword Marketing Tool…
Here is a cool little setup for those who do article marketing. I like this system and will be signing up after I redo my RealArticle.Com site since it will be a content only, adsense money generating site. Of course, there will be affiliate links embedded into the content, contextual type ads, etc…
For now though, the site will continue to use the “Article Dashboard” script which I absolutely hate! When I first started building sites, I stumbled across article dashboard and thought it was a cool and good system to use to create an article directory with. Boy, was I wrong! The more I became website savvy, I realized that there is coding in the directory that will not allow the site to rank any higher then a 2 with Google Ranking.
Now, of course I could spend the time to make the site better by adding script to unlock the code, but why? I’m not a promoter of those who like to use the new online business as a means to generating more income for themselves. On to the topic of this post…
The content spooling network seems to be a really good system entrepreneurs can use when they just don’t have the time to create articles. Here is a video I got from the content spooling network blog. Enjoy! There are no affiliate links coming from me. So, if you get involved with the network and also spend the $9.95 per month on Hit Tail, come back and drop me a comment on this post.
Cost Per Click Bidding for Placement Targeting from Google! There are a couple of new things happening with Google old system of site targeting. The first of changes is of course the name change from site target to site placement. The second is the new cost per click bidding option so you can now pay per click or per impression. You can read about at:
http://adwords.blogspot.com/2007/11/two-updates-to-site-targeting.html
I figured if you read the following page I linked to, you may just want to know how to set-up a “placement Targeting Ad”. So, for those of you who will be using this system, here is the linl to the “how to”…

Supplemental Results was a topic back in July that had some SEO Agents thinking it was gone forever. Well, here we are at the very end of 2007 and you can still use it to check out how many pages are indexed. Check it out - all you have to do in order to see if your pages are being listed. Just type in the following and see what you come up with:
site:http://www.yourdomain.com
&
Syntax: www.domain.com/&
Notice that Syntax no longer works just as predicted by those SEO Agents back in July. If I remember right, they said Google was planning on only making it available in the webmasters area or something like that. Why would they do that? Think about this for a minute.
Why in the world would a company take away a program from those who develop websites when all that tool does is allow that webmaster the ability to create pages that benefit Google’s search results. Here’s what I think; they changed the name of the program because link makes more sense to the non-geek webmasters. That’s all there is to it.
What do you think?
Pay Per Post is something I just recently read about and began to look into when I read in Google Groups about this individual who got slapped with a page rank zero. The site currently had a page rank 4. So, does this mean this site is sandboxed? Hardly, they are still getting a good amount of traffic to there site and still rank well in the search results. This makes me think about how much importance we place on that little bar at the top of our browser and whether or not it is all that important.
It is highly important due to the fact that all of us who use the internet and understand this little number, immediately check to see if we are at a site Google says is worthy of our time. Anyway, on to the forum post…
Hi. I’m new with all this SEO and pagerank so excuse me if my
questions seem dumb and naive. During the recent pagerank update, my
blog: http://natalie1981.blogspot.com increased from zero to four
which was a bit of a surprise for me since most websites dropped in
ranking due to what they call text link selling and I was a member of
payperpost and had some paid post on my site even before the update.Just yesterday, I noticed that my pagerank dropped from four to zero.
Now I know that maybe Google has just noticed that I’m a member of
payperpost and they just recently noticed my paid posts and decided to
slap me with a penalty but I’m thinking of submitting my website for
reconsideration so I was wondering if I really need to remove the paid
posts or is it okay to just put the rel=nofollow tag? I don’t want to
remove my paid posts since some of them brings traffic to my blog and
I’ve read that it’s okay to have paid links just as long as it has the
nofollow tag, so is this true?I also need help as to what other guidelines my blog may have violated
and how to fix this before I resubmit for reconsideration. I’ve read
the guidelines but I need some specifics so if anyone could help me I
would really appreciate it. Thanks.
Like many who commented on the forum about this particular post, I to say she should take all her pay per post and add the pay per post disclaimer. Its only right she do this as this is policy for for sites like pay per post dot com. It states on the home page “Disclaimer Required”. Google also says you need to inform your readers of what there actually reading. If your paid, then say so. It doesn’t make the reader offended, in fact, if it was me, I’d feel a little more comfortable in what the writer is writing.
Back to the comments within this particular post… Admin to the forum posted a comment that makes total sense to me. Just create a category stating all post within this particular category are paid reviews. End of troubles!
What should happen next? Well, nothing really. Google hasn’t place the site in the sandbox. The site still has traffic. In the post, she asks if she should go ahead and ask for reconsideration. If she places all her paid post in one category and mark it as paid reviews, then she should go ahead and ask for reconsideration. When Google finally gets around to it, her site will be once again listed with page rank.
As I learn more about Pay Per Post, I’ll write more about it. Oh, I almost forgot to mention what Google had to say about this to Natalie. Here is there quote:
Hi natalie1981,
As I’m sure you saw in our Webmaster Guidelines, we specifically warn
against participating in link schemes designed to increase your site’s
ranking or PageRank:
http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=66356For more specific details regarding paid links, check out this
article:
http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=66736As Admin Aaron suggests, one good way to handle sponsored links is to
disclose them to your visitors by adding a “sponsored” label, and to
search engines using the rel=”nofollow” attribute. It looks like
you’ve already implemented this with your “blatant advertising
(sponsored reviews)” label and the nofollowed links, so good work!As always, like JLH mentioned, if your site has previously violated
our Webmaster Guidelines and and you’ve made changes to it so that it
now meets our guidelines, feel free to file a reconsideration request

Advertising your services or products on the Internet is both extremely effective and extremely competitive. There are several ways to go about attracting traffic to your website; Pay-Per-Click is one of the options you can choose from, along with developing an SEO, or search engine optimization campaign. Both pay-per-click and SEO are targeted to get your website placed as close to the top of search engine results as possible. One of the differences is that it takes minutes to set up a pay-per-click campaign versus months for a good SEO campaign.
Pay-Per-Click is a simple type of paid advertising that most search engines, including some of the largest ones, now offer. It requires a bid for a “per-click” basis, which translates to your company paying the bid amount every time the search engine directs a visitor to your site. There is the added bonus that when a per-click site sends your website traffic, your site often appears in the results of other prevalent search engines.
As with all marketing campaigns, there are advantages and disadvantages. If you understand the process and monitor your pay-per-click campaign frequently, it can be very effective. One of the greatest advantages is that you never have to tweak your web pages to change your position in search engine results, as you must do in a typical SEO campaign. What you do have to do in a pay-per-click campaign is pay a fee.
Another advantage is the simplicity of the pay-per-click process. You just bid and you’re up and running. It doesn’t demand any specific technical knowledge, though the more you know about search engines and keywords, the easier - and more effective - the process will be.
The downside is that pay-per-click is essentially a bidding war. A higher bid than yours will lower your position on search engine results. This means that you will have to raise your bid to regain your position - which can obviously become quite expensive, especially if you are bidding on a popular keyword.
In order to determine if pay-per-click is a cost effective form of marketing for your business, you must do some computing to figure out how much each visitor to your site is worth. You can compute this value by dividing the profit you make on your website over a given period of time by the total number of visitors for that same time period. For example, if your site made $5,000 in profits and there were 2,5000 hits, each visitor would be theoretically worth 50 cents. The basic formula is profits divided by visitors.
The figure of 50 cents per visitor is the point at which your business breaks even. The idea, of course, is to show a profit, not to merely cover your costs. Therefore, you are aiming at a figure less than 50 cents per click. Be aware that the most popular keywords often cost considerably more than 50 cents a click. The only way around this is to bid less for these phrases or you will be paying too much for each individual hit.
The key to success is to learn everything you can about search engine keyword research. The good news is there isn’t a limit to the amount of keywords you can add to your bid because additional keywords do not add additional cost. This translates into a lot less hassle for you because there is no need to optimize your site to index a particular set of keywords.
Obviously, some keywords are much more effective than others are, but they will not cost you anything except time to set-up your account in your pay-per-click bid. Of the popular search engines that offer pay-per-click, one called Overture provides an online tool that will give you the data on how often particular keywords are entered into their search engine. They also offer suggestions for keywords after you enter a description of your site.
In pay-per-click, this written description is crucial. You must understand that the object of your description is not to generally attract visitors, but to be as specific as possible so that only those visitors who are likely to buy your service or product go to your site. You must use expert marketing copy to guarantee that your description is both precise and enticing to attract the most ideal candidates to your site. This description is your most powerful tool to insure that your bid is profitable.
Another essential element of pay-per-click advertising is that you constantly monitor your bid. It is very important that you bear in mind that the results of the top search engines providing pay-per-click advertising, which are…
Overture and Adwords Select, usually appear on other popular search engines. Because of this, the competition for top ranking is intense, and very often you will find that the bidding price balloons too high for pay-per-click to yield a profit.
If this happens, it is advisable to withdraw your bid on that particular keyword and try another one. Remember: when you pay too much per click to make a profit, you are in essence losing the bidding war. Since losing is not acceptable, you must have a plan in place to closely track the effectiveness of your keyword.
It is advisable to monitor your keywords on at least on a monthly basis. Not only is careful monitoring important, but the analysis of visitor behavior can produce invaluable knowledge about consumer motivation, habits, and trends. Expert monitoring and consumer analysis is essential to your overall business needs, and will also insure that your pay-per-click campaign is a success.

The problem lies in the keywords they’re choosing to use to try and gain traffic as well as page rank. You see, most small businesses do not understand the internet and how much research it takes to get there site noticed within there market segment. We’ll discuss this highly critical topic in the next post.
SEO Agent Gone Wild has stumbled upon a couple of developments with Real Article Directories ranking in Google’s Search Engine. First of all, we did a little change up on the site and added a link partner directory. This will allow us to expedite the link building process with even more links. We can and will monitor all links coming in and will not accept links from sites with a page rank zero from Google.
So, on with the update. We did a little linking today and partnered up with a few link directories that have page ranks of 3-6 with two of the sites coming in at 6 on the Google Ranking Scale. As for keyword phrases go, we’ve had a few ups and one down. I’ll only talk about three as it is getting pretty late here in Magnolia, Texas. Let’s start with Article Writing…
We have been holding steady at 121 which is page 13 in Google search for “Article Writing” which isn’t all that bad as we still are working at the off-page optimization and building backlinks. A lot of the work we are doing right now will not show up for a couple of weeks or so. Next, we will talk about “Free Marketing Article”…
I stumbled on to this keyword phrase by mistake. I forgot to finish writing out the keyword phrase shown in the picture above. This is cool and we will be watching this keyword phrase a little closer over the course of this test.
I save the best for last and currently the best ranking we’ve had with Real Article Directory since starting this test…
1 out of 10 of about 68,700,000 competitors for this keyword phrase! This keyword no longer needs to be the focus of this test as all we need to do now is monitor the results. If for some unknown reason we get bumped from the top position, we will be able to maneuver quickly enough to regain our spot. I hardly doubt at this point we will be worried about this keyword phrase for quite some time.
Using Keyword Elite has helped out tremendously with finding the right keywords to target. We are now working hard at gaining backlinks and that will be the focus for the remainder of this test. Once we’ve developed about 300-400 links, we will then turn our concentration over to targeting more keywords.
The current testing site is RealArticle.com which is an up and coming article directory that we’ve been doing a little SEO magic to over the last few weeks. Today’s update is going to show you some numbers I know you’ll want to see and most definitely want for your sites!
This is the site we’ve used today to gather information about the latest traffic information. You will be able to see how your site is doing in the SEO Agents department. In fact…
Title relevancy is 100%! I don’t think you can get much better than that. Within the Meta descriptio, we have a little more work to do to get the 100% we’re looking for. The next time you see this sites update, I think we will be 100% with our description.
What I really want to point out is the SEO Score of 94%. Ezine Articles currently has a score card that is sitting at 91%. We are outdoing Googles baby for search engine optimization. Not bad! Now we will be working on gaining the type of traffic they generate. Alexa has them list at 698 which means they have traffic coming out of there *&%^&*.
The following picture shows how much our site has gained over the last three months with Alexa’s Traffic report:
We have moved up the traffic chain 189,502 places! Our current ranking is sitting at 460,344. Our goal is to get ranked within the top 100,000 by the new year. There you have! Currently, I am putting together the homepage of BizNiche Marketing Solutions to display what we can do for you and your business for very competitive prices.
Some of the things will be starting our with is keyword research and traffic analysis and competition reports. $50 dollars a pop for keyword research and $125 per traffic analysis and competition reports. Stay tuned!
The ninth century introduced algebrac concepts and Arabic numerals. A guy by the name of Abu Abdullah Muhammad ibn Musa al-Khwarizmi’s (say that 3 times fast!) designed the process of performing arithmetic with Arabic numerals and called it algorism. In the eighteenth century the name evolved into algorithm. Algorithms are a finite set of carefully defined instruction. Algorithms are procedures that are used for accomplishing some task which will end in a defined end-state. Algorithms are used in linguistics, computers, and mathematics.
Many people like to think of algorithms as steps in a well written recipe. Provided you follow each step of the recipe to the letter you will have an edible dinner. As long as you follow each step of the algorithm you will find the proper solution. Simple algorithms can be used to design complex algorithms.
Computers use algorithms as a way to process information. All computer programs are created with algorithms (or series of algorithms) that give the computer a list of instructions to follow. Computers usually read data from an input device when using an algorithm to process information. In order to be successful algorithms need to be carefully defined for a computer to read them. Program designers need to consider every possible scenario that could arise and set up a series of algorithms to resolve the problem. Designers have to be very careful not to change the order of the instructions; computers cannot cope with an algorithm that is in the wrong place. Flow of control refers to how the list of algorithms must start at the top and go all the way to the bottom, following every single step on the way.
Some terms that are used to describe algorithms include natural languages, flowcharts, psudocode, and programming languages. Natural expression algorithms are generally only seen in simple algorithms. Computers generally use programming languages that are intended for expressing algorithms.
There are different ways to classify algorithms. The first is by the specific type of algorithm. Types of algorithms include recursive and interative algorithms, deterministic and non-deterministic algorithms, and approximation algorithms. The second method used to classify algorithms is by their design methodology or their paradigm. Typical paradigm is are divide and conquer, the greedy method, linear programming, dynamic programming, search and enumeration, reduction, and probalictic and heuristic paradigms. Different fields of scientific study have different ways of classifying algorithms, classified to make their field as efficient as possible. Some different types of algorithms different scientific fields use include; search algorithms, merge algorithms, string algorithms, combinatorial algorithms, cryptography, sorting algorithms, numerical algorithms, graph algorithms, computational geometric algorithms, data compression algorithms, and parsing techniques.
Internet search engines use algorithms to aid in search engine optimization. Google’s web crawler’s use a link analysis algorithm to index and rank web pages. In an attempt to prevent webmasters from using underhanded schemes to influence search engine optimization, many internet search engines disclose as little about the algorithms they use in their optimization techniques. Would you give away all your secrets?
